Who we are
We are a community built for women entrepreneurs by a couple of business besties, Bri & Leah.
We created this space because this is what we desperately needed when we first began our entrepreneur journeys years ago. We just didn’t know exactly what it was that we needed.
We are thrilled to have created a first of it’s kind in the Twin Cities. We’re throwing out the old and we are redefining the full experience… connecting with intentionality and allowing some ease back in.
Through our events and podcast, we connect you to likeminded entrepreneurs, so that you can dive deep into honest conversations and learn about the topics that mean the most to us as women in business.
We host some pretty great events, too! They are designed to foster a community of support and collaboration, while honing our skills as business owners with intentional ease — AND having some fun!
We also offer an online membership where we curate monthly expert led discussions & trainings infused with quick wins that help you move your business forward, with clarity & ease. You can tap into our resource hub, with a growing list of experts, guides, trainings, and more.

Bri
I am a constant mover and shaker...I love talking with people and learning their stories. My brain goes a mile-per-minute and always have have ideas rolling out of my brain. When I get a moment away from the hustle and bustle, you can find me with my two littles, hubby, and our pup. I live to be outside when its nice, by some sort of body of water (pool, lake, ocean), I am a tequila kind of gal who can be talked into ice cream and tacos at any time of day, any day of the week for any reason!
What I believe to be true
- Minnesotans say "bag" the correct way (along with boat, shoes & bagel)
- Ice cream is a great choice any time of the year
- Progress > Perfection
- Cereal is a proper meal
- To fail is human and one of the best pathways forward
- The tiniest moments can lead to your biggest goals and accomplishments
- Honesty and transparency are values that will always be on trend

Leah
I’ve only ever known entrepreneurship. And now consider myself a multi-passionate entrepreneur. I started working for myself when I was 23 years old & a single mama of a toddler. (OOH what I wish I knew back then!) I’ve messed up, I’ve grown, I’ve been refined over and over again, and yet I’m confident this is exactly where I belong. When I’m not dreaming up my next big biz idea, you can find me with my two daughters, husband, and dog. I love to be at the lake, going to concerts, but also love a lazy day, cozying up with a yummy cup of coffee at home. I consider myself an extroverted introvert… if that’s you, I know you get it.
What I believe to be true
- pineapple does belong on pizza
- vulnerability creates connection
- hugs are better than handshakes
- failing forward is part of the process
- music is healing
- messy action > no action
- breakfast food is for any time of the day
